This support plan does NOT provide for your annual Sage software upgrades
You must continue to maintain a BASIC
support agreement with Sage Software if you want to receive the ongoing benefits of Sage Basic Software Maintenance which includes any software updates. There are penalties imposed by Sage Software if you drop maintenance and later need to re-enroll.
On-site consulting time is always billable at our standard rates.
We will provide technical support to all levels
of Sage MAS 90 and 200. We will provide support to you whether you are enrolled in Sage's Basic Software Maintenance (strongly recommended) or not
We can provide remote support to virtually any company. Our current clients are located in California, Florida, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Alaska, Montana and Washington DC.
Sorry but we are no longer able to offer per call or support in fractions of an hour. All support must be prepaid under one of our available phone support plans.

We have a very large number of support subscribers where the IT Staff have engaged us to be THEIR resource in supporting their Sage MAS 90 or MAS 200 system. Even though they can answer most questions, they like to have someone available for second opinions and more advanced troubleshooting.
All levels of support include the ability for us to remotely connect to your computer and diagnose any Sage MAS 90 or MAS 200 support issue.
