Your safest bet is to backup the /MAS90 folder and all subfolders (including programs).
You can see where your data is stored, by going to the FILE menu within MAS 90 or MAS 200 and selecting RUN and typing *INFO.
This will provide a screen of information, at the bottom is the directory where the current MAS 90 is located.
