Windows update causes error message when printing report

During a recent Windows upgrade, some of the printers on the network appear to have been renamed.

One printer was named Extended Solutions PDF Converter and after the Windows Update installed, the printer displayed with a new name Auto Extended Solutions PDF Converter.

Error messages stopped, once the printer was renamed back to the original name.
