April 2009 Support Subscriber Specials – FREE
We will install your Payroll Service update which provides the 2009 941 form mandated by the IRS. At the same time we will update you to the latest 3/27/09 payroll tax tables release by Sage. You will need to be enrolled in a Sage Basic Maintenance Plan (for software licensing) as well as enrolled in Schulz Support.
Not using payroll? We will apply the latest service update to one server and one workstation (additional workstations $25). This will be done remotely.

Spring Cleaning - We will remove all traces of old MAS 90 or MAS 200 setup from your file server (workstation cleanup available at $25 each). These older versions are often test setups or old MAS90 versions left on the server several year ago when you first upgraded.
In many cases you can leave the files there without significant cause for concern. The problem that can arise is if you have several functional versions of MAS90 that someone can run workstation setup on an old version by mistake and start entering transactions/
Most of the time you’ll eventually figure out that you’re using the wrong company. The question is how much time will pass before you figure this out and how much data will have been entered.
Tip: The only people who usually plan ahead with a cleanup like this are those who’ve been burned badly by this problem in the past. You can stay one step ahead by having us remove the old versions BEFORE an expensive problem has a chance to start.
Our Procedure
Over the course of two visits we will first copy all of your older data to a segregated location on your server. After a week we will discuss with you whether any of the segregated data was needed (sometimes users have live data stored in old archives so we never delete the old data immediately). If there was no live data found in the archives, we’ll delete your archival MAS90 and MAS200 copies.
This is a fixed cost per server of $ 250 and if we process any workstations the cost is $25 per workstation.
