All phone and remote support is rendered under an unlimited prepaid support agreement (view details here). Printed agreement here. We use a support agreement for one reason – it’s a fixed cost way for you to get support. It eliminates surprise bills for quick phone calls.
It’s also the only way we render support. If you’re looking for one quick question — and not an ongoing relationship with a reliable consulting firm — we’re not the solution that you’re seeking (Google has pages and pages of consultants who are dying to form a 15 minute relationship with you — one of them may even be the consulting firm you care considering leaving)
