Because we have worked with MAS90 since 1986. We will support you on any version. We don’t require (though it is strongly recommended) that you be on Sage’s Basic Maintenance.
Our consulting services are broken into two categories:
a. New implementations - replacing accounting software
b. Existing system support - providing technical support for existing users of Sage MAS 90 & 200
We are happy to speak with you at no cost for the initial consultation.
This discussion will primarily discuss our qualifications and identify areas where we can assist you.
Technical support for existing issues is only offered via our prepaid telephone support. We do not offer per call or per minute pricing on phone support. This is because in the past software users have invoked the “quick question” law to argue that question time should be free time.
With over 100 active Sage MAS 90 and 200 users under our support umbrella, we quickly found that answering free quick questions was overwhelming.
Instead we offer a prepaid telephone support plan where for a fixed amount you gain access to our phone and remote support.
