Schulz Consulting has been working with Sage MAS 90 since 1986. Our fee policies have evolved over the 20+ years that we have been consulting on the software.
Remote MAS 90 Support
All of our remote technical support is billed in advance under a prepaid Schulz Consulting Unlimited Phone Support Plan.
This plan allows for unlimited:
- phone consulting
- remote support via screen sharing
- email support
- support for all versions of Sage MAS 90 or 200
- no limitations on whether you are enrolled in the Sage Basic Maintenance
On-Site Consulting
We invoice hourly for all on-site consulting work.
Why We Require Support Plans
Due to significant problems over the past 20+ years with users not wanting to pay for what they deemed to be easy and “quick questions”, Schulz Consulting does not (and has not for the past 5+ years) bill hourly for remote technical support.
We are also seeking to form long term relationships with our clients as opposed to selling our experience to the lowest web visitor.
Note: With over 125 active clients, 2,500 subscribers to our free monthly email newsletter and over 250 daily web site visitors - answering quick questions for free is simply impossible.
Sage Software offers this level of help desk warm body support for $300 per call prepaid on your credit card. Note that Sage Software will not support levels prior to 3.71+.
