Sage this morning announced a broad price hike which impacts the entire customer installed base of Sage 100.
Effective May 1, 2016 Sage 100 customers will see the suggested list price on their solution rise 3%. This will be effective for Sage Business Care renewals 7/16 and later. Since Sage Business Care is based off SLP the resulting business care should rise 3%
In addition, Sage announced they will no longer grandfather module-based renewal pricing for Sage 100 customers who purchased prior to April 2012.
Sage introduced user-based pricing for Sage 100 in April 2012. While today’s release is a bit confusing as to exactly how the increase will be computed it seems Sage will also raise maintenance on any pre-April 2012 users by an additional 3-20%.
