It&#039;s been an education.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I think that, just like businesses are holding back on new technology adoption with its associated costs and learning curves, new accounting software adoption is also slowing and being pushed further into the future. This means focusing effort on getting revenue from support plans and value-added services becomes more important. Holding onto customers by creating and delivering value that others cannot provide is more important.</description>
