Myron Stevenson from ClearIS Consulting opened the discussion with an explanation of how he has made use of the Business Objects Interface within Sage MAS 90 and 200 to integrate external systems with MAS90/200. Some of his projects have included:
- Create new customers externally and edit information
- Create new sales orders with any payment type including credit card
- Globally update master file fields programatically rather than manually
- Create General Ledger journal entries (ready for posting) that include user defined data for project tracking.
Myron notes that anything with a data entry screen can be handled by Business Objects Interface (BOI).
