Starship for MAS90 upgrade instructions

Users of Starship version 9.9.3 or lower should be installing the latest 9.9.4 release which contains important updates for the Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR) as well as the requirement by the Census Bureau that all Shipper’s Export Declarations (SED) after September 30, 2008 must be electronic or they will be considered a violation of FTR.
