Starship Knowledge Base Available Online

V-Technologies is the developer of the popular Starship Shipping Software which integrates with the shipping component of Sage MAS 90 and MAS 200.

Most users automatically transfer their Sales Order information into Starship, use the software to select the most cost effective (aka cheapest) carrier, then transfer the cost of the freight back into their Sales Order. This process results in the tracking number being made available in the Sale Order and Invoice History.

Until now the primary way to obtain support on Starship was to call V-Technologies. Now there is another method to get fast answers to Starship questions. V-Technologies has begun maintaining a knowledge base that contains answers to commonly encountered problems.

We continue to recommend that users subscribe to the V-Technologies technical support plans as well as the software maintenance (upgrades). You can view the various V-Technologies plans via this link.
